HOW CAN I ORDER FROM EVERYTHING FUNKY?
You can place your order online, using this very website.
We do not accept orders / payments over the phone.
We do not accept mail orders or purchase orders.
We accept PayPal and all major card payment types via our website checkout system.
We do not currently accept Bitcoin or any other type of cryptocurrency.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY STATUS
What does the availability status mean?
In Stock - The item is good to go and ready for purchase.
Out of Stock - The item is not currently available.
For out of stock items, you can contact us and request an email notification be sent to you when the item is back in stock.
DO YOU MATCH COMPETITOR'S PRICES?
Nope. All of our products are unique to us as we design and make everything ourselves in-house.
VAT / TAXES
How does Everything Funky calculate sales tax?
All of our items are designed and made here in the UK and VAT / Tax is included in the price, which is the current rate of 20%.
WHAT IF I AM VAT / TAX-EXEMPT?
If you are making a VAT registered business purchase we will include a breakdown costing on your order packing note. If you require a VAT receipt please contact us with your order number and business VAT registration number and we will happily provide one for you.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Do discount codes stack / combine?
When redeeming any Promotion, Discount, or Coupon Codes during checkout, please note that only one promotion code can be used per order.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Can I make changes to my order?
We may be able to if your order still shows as "New" status. If you need to make any changes please contact us straight away so we can best react - on 0191 2700 706 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that our order fulfilment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once the order has been sent out for delivery, neither you nor our customer service staff can change it.
If your order status says "Fulfilled" it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
