Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 32 days for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
We require an covering note / letter included with-in your returns package to aid us in processing your return / exchange request.

Returned items must be in original condition, including any tags and labels.
It is preferred that customers use the same shipping box in which the items arrived.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.

REFUNDS

Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Customised / bespoke printed items cannot be returned cannot be returned for refund or store credit.


APPAREL EXCHANGES

If you need a different size of an apparel item to the size that you ordered, you can return it to us with a covering note / letter including details of what you would like to exchange. Alternatively you can place a new order for the new size and return your original order to us for a refund. CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

Yes, but you'll need to contact us for assistance. If you can provide the email address, first and last name, or last name and post code of the gift giver, we can get your return started.


HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE TO PROCESS?

Return processing can take up to 2 weeks.

If you have not received a refund after that time, please contact us via email or phone (during opening hours) with your information for further assistance.

I LIVE A HOP AND A SKIP AWAY FROM YOUR BEDLINGTON OFFICE / CRAMLINGTON WAREHOUSE. CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IN PERSON?

I am afraid we do not accept returns or 'walk in' situations for purchasing or exchanges.
